Experience

More than ten years on every side of the deal

Agent, broker, lender and owner. That is why the guides spend so long on the parts other tools guess at: the comps, the refi rules and what a late rehab really costs.

His mortgage company is East Coast Mortgage, NMLS 2354674. Equal Housing Lender. Run The Deal and East Coast Mortgage share common ownership. You are never required to use East Coast Mortgage or any lender.

How the guides are written

  • The math is the app's math

Every worked example runs through the same engine as Run The Deal, and that engine is checked against worked examples on every change.

  • Lender rules, labeled as rules

Refi and loan guidance follows common program rules and says so. It is never a quote or a commitment to lend.

  • Dated and sourced

Each guide shows when it was last updated. Competitor facts come from their own public pages, with the date checked and a link.

  • Corrections

If a number or rule is wrong, email support@mail.runthedeal.com and we fix it and update the date.
